Bloody Ploughman an older variety from Carse of Gowrie. A blood red apple with knobbly skin, intensely juicy with a crisp texture! Beautiful light pink blossom in the spring. This is a hardy tree that grows very well in colder areas of the UK and is disease resistant. Classified as an eater, but likely to do better as a cooker!
