Honeycrisp is a beautiful, high quality dessert apple. This all American favourite variety produces impressively large apples. The apple is a yellow green flushed with red & orange russet. The bite gives a coarse, crisp, slightly sparkling texture, the flavour is mild and sweet. The fruit stores well. Perfect for salads, is non browning and holds its shape well when cooked.
